Strawberry Jello Salad
1 regular size can of pineapple chunks or tidbits (use about 3/4 can)
1 regular size carton of small curd cottage cheese (use about 3/4 or a little more of this)
1 small size Cool Whip (or store brand) - use about 3/4 or a little more of it
1 small size strawberry jello
In a large bowl cut pineapple chunks into tidbit size pieces. Add cool whip and cottage cheese and mix together. Sprinkle dry strawberry jello over this mixture and fold all together. Put in a casserole dish and chill for about an 1 hour. |
