White Chili

2 -3 cans Northern Beans
6 cups chicken broth (4 cans)
2 cloves garlic or some garlic powder
2 medium onions, shopped
2 TBSP oil (to saute onions)
2 cans milk green chilis (chopped) (2 large cans)
2 tsp ground cumin
1 1/2 tsp. cilantro (several springs)
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
4 cups white meat chicken (cooked and diced) (you can boil about 5 large chicken breasts)

Combine beans, broth and garlic in large soup pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Saute onions and add chilis, then add other seasoning. Add to the beans, chicken and chicken broth. Simmer for one hour

Serve with Monterrey Jack Cheese and Salsa
