Potato Casserole
Mix together -4 cups instant mashed potato flakes - cooked as directed -and 8 oz. cream cheese
Add 2 - 3 eggs
1 TBSP flour for each egg
salt and pepper
1 small onion, chopped
Mix and beat until fluffy. refrigerate or freeze in large pyrex dish. Top with canned onion rings before baking. Bake 45 minutes at 300 degrees
