Sweet Potato Casserole
3 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 cup milk
Topping:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
2 1/2 TBSP melted margarine
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Combine in bowl and mix well. |
