Texas Cornbread
2 eggs
1 cup sweet nukj'2 cups buttermilk
2 cups yellow cornmeal
2 cup flour
2 tsp. salt
2 TBLSP baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 cup oil
Place in greased long casserole dish or make 1/2 of recipe and bake in iron skillet - 400 degrees about 30 - 45 minutes. |
