Green Enchiladas

12 corn tortillas
1 lb ground beef or turkey (cooked)
1 lb grated cheddar cheese
1 onion chopped
2 cans chopped green chilies (use 1 can in enchiladas & 1 to spread
1 can cream of mushroom soup

While ground meat is cooking - dip each tortilla in hot grease, possibly turning once, (you only want these to cook long enought to be soft) (As you remove the tortillas from the grease, Lay these in a 9 x 13 pan and they will "grease" the pan automatically. On each tortilla, put some grated cheese, meat, onion and green chilies - then roll the tortilla & place in cassserole. Repeat until you have 12. Sprinkle any left-over meat & onion over the enchilladas. Mix the soup with 1 can milk and pour over enchiladas. ssprinkle grated cheese liberally over time, add rest of green chilies - cover with foil - bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes
