Cheese Krisps
3/4 lb. extra sharp cheese
2 sticks margarine (slightly softened
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Tobasco
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Mix well, then add:
2 cups flour (mix by hand or wooden spoon)
Add:
1 cup Rice Krispies (hand mix, otherwise ceral will break up)
Roll into marble-size balls, put on ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten with fork.
Bake at 325 about 25 minutes until lightly browned. |
