Pecan Pie Muffins
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup flour
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
1 cup chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten to foamy
Mis all together. Line or grease muffin cups
Bake 350 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes
