Strawberry Cake
1 Boxed White Cake Mix (No Pudding)
1 small box of strawberry Jello (3 oz)
1/2 Cup Wesson Oil
1/2 cup water
4 eggs - well beaten
1/2 cup thawed strawberries (10 Oz)
Icing:
1/4 cup Butter (softened)
1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
1 10 oz package frozen strawberries in syrup, thawed & pureed
12 tsp strawberry extract
Bake cake at 350 in 9 x 13 pan - Cool

1 10 oz package frozen strawberries in syrup, thawed & pureed
1/2 tsp strawberry extract
2 cups confectioner's sugar
In large bowl beat butter & cream cheese ntil creamy. Beat in 1/4 cup of strawberry puree & the strawberry extract. (The rest of puree is leftover). Gradually add confectioner's sugar, beating until smooth. |
