Chicken Spaghetti

Comfort food at its best!

3 cups boiled chicken - diced
4T Butter
4 stalks celery - diced
1 small onion - diced
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 tall can Evaporated Milk
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 lb. Velveeta cubed
1 lb. elbow macaroni
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese

1. Melt butter in sauce pan.
2. Saute celery and onion until tender.
3. Add onion and celery to large pan.
4. Add mushroom soup, evap. milk, chicken broth & Velveeta
5. Bring to a boil and add chicken
6. Boil macaroni per instructions
7. Spray casserole dishes with PAM.
8. Combine all in casserole dish and cover with grated cheese
9. Bake at 350 for 15 - 20 minutes
