Eggs Royale
Scramble 3 dozen eggs with salt and pepper in margarine
Mix 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sherry
1/2 lb. grated longhorn cheddar cheese
salt & pepper
Layer eggs with other mixture - Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees in 9 x 13 casserole |
