Quiche from Sharon Layne
Bake a 99-inch pie shell for 5 - 10 minutes at 350 degrees
Mix 3 eggs, 1 TBSP flour, 1 cup half & Half, dash nutmeg, 1/4 tsp. dry mustard, 1/2 tsp salt and pepper. 1 TBSP margarine, 1 cup ham (orr 1/2 cup bacon), 1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese. Put in 1/2 meat and cheese in shell. Pour mixture of other ingredients over. Add rest of cheese. Let stand 10 minutes. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until set. Freeze if desired. Rebake at 325-45 minutes
